Program Coordinator, Department of Defense (Proposal) Arlington, VA, USA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, event support, or administrative operations in a government, military, or academic setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with DoD administrative and travel systems (e.g., APACS, CATMS) is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior-level or international engagements, including protocol and planning responsibilities.
• Familiarity with government records management and reporting standards is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
• Active or eligible for NACI clearance required.
