Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development/studies, business administration or another related field.
  • 7 years of progressively complex and relevant full-cycle contracts and grants experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of U.S. federal contracting and procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedures including but not limited to FAR, AIDAR and FTR.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.                        
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.                
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent negotiating and budgeting skills.                        
  • Proficiency in the MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a foreign language.

     

     

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer.

 

Additional Information:

  • Employment type: This is a full-time fixed term position.
  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday, standard core business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM local time); some flexibility required but must with overlap core business hours for team collaboration.
  • Work location: Hybrid work arrangement out of our Courthouse office strongly preferred. Work arrangements are subject to review and may change at the company’s discretion.
  • Travel requirements: International travel may be required.
