Program Assistant - Thailand

Essential KSAs Required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):

• Required Bachelor’s degree in international development/affairs, business administration or another field

• 1 - 3 years of relevant project management, operations, and/or administrative experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English (written and oral) required

• Strong communication skills. Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in verbal and written messages.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with RIH team members, partner organizations, and stakeholders at various levels in multiple South and Southeast Asian countries.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team member in different locations and time zones

 Valued but not required KSA's: 

• Experience in social media and content development

• Experience with MS Teams and Canva

• Data management analytics skills

• Fluency in one of the Southeast Asia languages

• Demonstrated interest in the water-energy-food nexus, international development, and small/medium enterprise development
