Program Analyst Subject Matter Expert
The successful candidate will have:
- Must have at least 15 years of FAA or industry experience directly related to Navigation Programs.
- Superior knowledge in ground and satellite-based navigation systems
- Demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs, specifically implementation of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis.
- Experience with the development of strategies and long-range plans, and coordination across multi-disciplined teams, and aviation industry
- Ability to develop or use specialized tools, techniques, and processes unique to the needs of the government
- Demonstrated ability for developing satellite-based navigation National and International Standards
- Proven thought leadership for aviation, operational implementation, engineering, and/or activities in a specialized engineering or technology subject area
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex strategic and tactical problems
- Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Contribute effectively through oral and written communication and maintain productive working relationships.
