Program Analyst
Job Description
LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst that will support program coordination, task tracking, operational support, reporting, and documentation. This position will work closely with cloud engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and program management teams to ensure activities are properly tracked, issues are addressed, and program deliverables are completed on schedule.
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Essential Job Functions may include, but are not limited to, the following
- Track and manage program tasks, action items, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple cloud platform workstreams.
- Maintain task trackers and dashboards to monitor progress, identify overdue activities, and communicate risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cloud engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, application development, infrastructure, and operations teams to obtain status updates and drive task completion.
- Support the day-to-day management of the cloud platform help desk, including receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, assigning, tracking, and closing support requests.
- Monitor help desk tickets and ensure issues are routed to the appropriate technical teams and resolved within established service-level expectations.
- Develop and maintain reports identifying ticket volume, aging, recurring issues, resolution status, and operational trends.
- Coordinate follow-up activities for unresolved technical issues, risks, action items, and customer requests.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc program status reports for FAA leadership and program stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain PowerPoint presentations for program reviews, technical meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Collect technical and operational information from subject matter experts and translate it into clear, concise program-level communications.
- Develop status summaries, briefing materials, meeting minutes, action-item logs, and other program documentation.
- Support recurring program and technical meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, status information, and action-item tracking.
- Track program metrics and key performance indicators related to cloud platform operations, engineering activities, service delivery, and customer support.
- Assist with identifying schedule risks, resource constraints, unresolved issues, and dependencies and escalate them to appropriate program leadership.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure deliverables, reports, trackers, and presentations are current and properly organized.
- Support change-management activities by tracking requested changes, approvals, implementation status, and associated documentation.
- Assist with coordinating cloud platform releases, maintenance activities, and operational events from a program-management perspective.
- Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Work with technical teams to ensure cloud platform activities are accurately reflected in program schedules and status reports.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to program and project managers as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, technical project management, IT operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience tracking tasks, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, status reports, dashboards, and other program documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with ticketing or help desk systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance or suitability determination required for the FAA program.
Work Requirements:
- Work location: Remote
- Work Hours: 40
- Travel: 20%
- Extended Computer Use: Regular and prolonged periods of working at a computer terminal.
Lifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting of equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds may be required during installations.
- Dexterity: Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform tasks requiring precision.
Sitting/Standing: Both prolonged sitting and occasional standing may be required for troubleshooting and attending to system issues.
Background check: Must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Compensation (Pay Bands)
Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40 hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of LSTs total compensation package for employees. ** In compliance with local laws, LS Technologies presents this reasonable compensation range as a guideline for roles in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington D.C."
