Program Analyst

The successful candidate will have:
- Must have 5+ years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition management and planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan development
- Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel to create pivot tables, macros, perform comparisons, and other functions (e.g. XLOOKUP, IF/THEN statements, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau or PowerBI dashboards is preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Background in Data Science, Statistics, or related degree preferred
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
