Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Journeyman Program Analyst to perform program analysis functions associated with the ongoing business and financial management of the Navigation Services Directorate program activities and support activities related to the transition of financial management and business processes.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Program planning
  • Preparation and analysis of program related data
  • Review of program status
  • Preparation of reports
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings
  • Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations
  • Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel
  • Conducting program and project control processes   
  • Perform various types of project/program analysis, and provide occasional general logistics support
  • Requires general supervision and is expected to perform most task assignments independently except for those complex or complicated task assignments requiring guidance from more experienced Senior Program Analysts
  • May provide guidance to less experienced Program Analysts
The successful candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (9 years work experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree requirement)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development
  • Demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs, specifically knowledge of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement is required
