Procurement Officer, USAID/OTI Moldova Program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum three years of experience working with procurements and acquisition processes on donor funded projects required.
- Experience maintaining professional relationships with local counterparts, beneficiaries, contractors, suppliers, other international organizations, as well as local and national authorities.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills as well as proactive problem-solving abilities independently and with teams, a strong service orientation, and inter-personal skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
