Procurement Officer, Rapid Response Activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar position is required, preferably on stabilization and rapid response programs in the West Bank.
- Specialized training in procurement and/or logistics management and knowledge of USAID procurement policies and procedures is required.
- Experience supervising team including team coaching and day to day oversight required.
- Experience training and/or delivering technical assistance in procurement to local NGOs/CSOs and other beneficiaries preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong financial and reporting skills required.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Ability to travel to project implementation locations preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
