Procurement Manager - Ukraine

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting 

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience  

  • Prior experience procuring large-scale equipment  

  • Prior experience with international or donor-funded projects. 

  • Experience collecting and analyzing accounting data. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. 

  • Professional proficiency in English and fluent Ukrainian. 

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

 

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, or other relevant areas. 

  • Experience working with a multinational company. 

  • Prior experience procuring energy equipment. 

  • Prior experience with U.S. government-funded projects. 

  • Knowledge of FAR and AIDAR. 

 

Line Management Responsibility: One procurement specialist, as needed 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  This position will require regular attendance at the office in Kyiv and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine to interact with local stakeholders.
