Procurement Administrator
•Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in the telecom field or in a related area.
•Previous experience performing procurement services in a large company setting (over 100 geographically dispersed locations)
•Must be familiar with a variety of procurement and asset management concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to customers.
•Experience with a problem and request tracking system as a means of managing priorities, workload and customer follow-up.
Skills Requirements:
•Excellent customer service skills
•Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and subjects.
•Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (E-Mail, Skype, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive) is required.
Degree Requirements:
•A 2- or 4-year college degree is a plus, but a record of successful experience in past similar job(s) is more important.
