Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required, Master’s preferred 
• Professional Registration (PE) in California, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months, required. 
• 8+ years of experience in planning and designing water/wastewater/recycled water distribution/conveyance, pumping, and storage facilities 
• Valid Driver’s License with and acceptable driving record 
• Background will ideally include project work and process knowledge of water/wastewater facilities projects with municipal, state, and water districts. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, as well as Microsoft Office software, to include Word, Excel, word processing and scheduling programs. 
• This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more

Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
