EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

B.S. in Marine Science, Marine Fisheries or related degree required

M.S. or Ph. D. preferred
-
5 years’ experience working on offshore projects strongly preferred (commercial, regulatory or academic)
-
Prior experience in marine or coastal planning and design, marine project permitting, and/or offshore development required
-
Must have outstanding written, verbal, and in-person communication skills to be used among internal technical experts, regulatory agencies, clients and others to facilitate achieving project goals
-
Willing to travel as required and likely work in the field as needed
-
Travel will be 5 - 15%

Strong understanding of geospatial analysis, integration, and data management required

Project management experience preferred

Must possess solid, practical skills in office applications
