Power System Planning Consultant - Ukraine
Minimum qualifications:
- University degree in electrical engineering or related field acceptable to Tetra Tech.
- At least 10-year experience in the electricity sector and strong understanding of the specifics of the Ukrainian power system.
- Excellent knowledge of operation and equipment in transmission and distribution grids as well as experience in transmission network development planning.
- Sufficient experience in power system projects such as transmission and distribution network development plans is desired. Experience in working with TSO in the Ukraine or EU countries is a plus.
- Experience with power system modeling software (e.g. DigSILENT PowerFactory, PLEXOS, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in office computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ukrainian is a must, English (level A2) and higher is required.
