Town Planning Director / Associate Director

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a RTPI accredited town planner with proven experience in a similar role or someone looking to step up to Associate Director/Director. 

You will be capable of:

• developing, delivering and owning a strategic vision to ensure profitable performance for your business;
• leading and inspiring team members to work coherently as a team, leveraging expertise and resources from the wider planning business;
• owning a portfolio and pipeline of fee-earning work and client relationships, leading by example and structuring delivery of the wider portfolio and pipeline of fee-earning work across your team;
• leading and co-ordinating business development and client relationship management, promoting our planning division and the wider business at every opportunity, undertaking initiatives to actively raise our profile;
• acting as a role model for professional standards and behaviours within the business, seeking ways to work collaboratively with other business units in the best interest of the business;
• representing the business through wider sector initiatives, showing strong leadership and technical expertise; and
• ensuring compliance with commercial and operational governance processes, and risks are minimised.
