About you:
- Experience providing consultancy services on PFI projects
- The skill set and passion for both engineering and leadership with the ability to manage and deliver multidisciplinary projects across a wide range of sectors.
- Proven experience of PFI & PPP contract negotiations and dispute resolution
- Detailed understanding of finance options for refinancing schemes at the end of initial concession
- You will hold or look to obtain as a minimum, security clearance to MOD SC level and ideally be at or able to attain clearance to DV level
- Experience of working within the built environment
- Experience of interpreting information and undertaking analysis of information from differing sources to formulate a conclusion
- Robust project and programme management capability
- Ability to work away from the home office when required
- A minimum education of BS Degree in a relevant discipline
- Chartered and member of relevant body (working towards this will be considered)
- A detailed understanding of the asset lifecycle process
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to teach and mentor junior colleagues to aid their development and improve the quality of output
