Performance Management Advisor, PIMMELA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development/business administration or relevant field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum eight years of experience in MEL roles required.
- Experience in international development, particularly USAID projects, preferred.
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team and implementing partners required.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, report writing, organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on M&E required.
- Ability to continuously improve processes and outcomes required.
- Ability to develop and present reports, success stories, and lessons learned required.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal required.
