Payroll Clerk I

Qualifications:

·       At least one year of college education.

·       1 - 2 years of previous or related experience.

·       Experience with Microsoft suite (outlook, Excel, PP)

·       Proficient Excel - Excel proficiency includes being adept at data analysis with tools like pivot tables and charts and be able to derive useful insights from their data sets and have the capacity to manage complex data sets, do calculations fast, and present info in a clear way.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

·       Flexible, able to immediately adapt to changing priorities.

·       Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

·       Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Facilitating payroll audits by preparing and presenting accurate Excel-based documentation.

·       Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.

·       Must be available to work BOTH weekend days – day shift and days off will include 2 weekdays.

·       Work attentively with minimal supervision.
