Owners Engineer
Qualifications:
- Completion of a University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, or Nuclear
- Must be rehistered or willing to register with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Engineer in Training (EIT) actively working towards a P.Eng license.
- 4+ years of experience in a design engineering role is considered an asset
- Must be able to obtain Federal Security Clearance
- Must hold valid G2/G class license and have access to a vehicle
- Must be willing to relocate to the Bruce County area or side in the area
- Working knowledge of nuclear plant equipment and systems, design basis, and nuclear safety principles is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of the nuclear engineering change/modification process is considered an asset
- Proven understanding of the nuclear industry and Canadian/Ontario regulatory codes standards, technical systems, equipment, methodologies, materials and design practices and criteria
- Leadership capabilities, communication, issue resolutions, and interpersonal skills are essential
Additional Information
A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
