Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field, preferably within the electricity distribution or utility sector.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories, practices, and tools, including change management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing development programs and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and HR software for assessments and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with and prior experience addressing energy sector challenges in Nigeria.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or a related field.
  • Experience designing and implementing programs that promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the energy sector.
  • Working experience in Nigeria.
