Operations Assistant for FEWS NET Strategic Planning and Activity Design (SPADe) Support Project
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, international development, or any other field.
* At least three (3) years' experience supporting project operations, finance, and administration; experience providing operational support to USAID or other donor-funded projects and fielding teams in fragile contexts is highly desired.
* Knowledge of USAID financial and contractual rules and regulations.
* Experience and skills using cloud-based project management and finance tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office and 365, QuickBooks, and other systems.
* Proven ability to monitor staff and subcontractors implementing diverse assignments across multiple countries and/or regions.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is preferred.
* Current US work authorization is required at the time of application.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
