Oil and Gas Methane Emission Management Specialist - Indonesia
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master or PhD in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
- 7 of experience in GHG emission (methane) management, reduction, and reporting, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to oil and gas methane emissions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with industry partners, government agencies, and international development organizations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international emission reduction initiatives such as OGMP 2.0 and the Global Methane Pledge, and a strong understanding of greenhouse gas reduction strategies.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop innovative approaches to methane emissions management.
- Prior experience working with PERTAMINA or an oil and gas company.
