The program
The Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate) is the flagship climate investment of the Australian Government in Cambodia. Supported by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, ACP4Climate helps Cambodia adapt to and reduce vulnerability to climate change through improved integrated water resource management and strengthened community-based resilience. Tetra Tech International Development implements ACP4Climate in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia. ACP4Climate works with government, private sector, and civil society partners to strengthen national and subnational water planning, guide climate-resilient water investments, and scale inclusive and innovative solutions for climate-resilient water management. ACP4Climate works closely with women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous Peoples, and marginalized groups to ensure that they shape and benefit from improved water governance.
The role
The ACP4Climate program is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to lead the setup and implementation of the program’s administrative systems in Phnom Penh, including records management, entity registration, asset management, procurement processes, and support for recruitment and staff onboarding. Reporting to the Operations and Grant Lead, this role will establish audit‑ready filing and inventory systems, coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and supervise the Procurement Officer to enable efficient, inclusive program delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain key administrative systems: records management, entity registration, asset registers and office operations.
- Oversee procurement processes and support financial administration, including vendor management and invoice tracking.
- Support HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, staff records and induction processes.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder logistics
Selection criteria
- Experience establishing and maintaining administrative systems for medium-to-large business, including records management, asset registers and office operations.
- Previous experience overseeing procurement processes and support financial administration, including vendor management and invoice tracking.
- Understanding of the process involved in registration of legal entities in Cambodia.
- Support HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, staff records and induction processes.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder logistics.
