Obstruction Evaluation Specialist

The successful candidate will have:

• Successfully completed the FAA Basic Obstruction Evaluation Course. 
• Successfully completed at least two years of college work or demonstrate at least 5 years of experience working as an Obstruction Evaluation Specialist or Obstruction Evaluation Technician
• The candidate must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience working as an Obstruction Evaluation Specialist or Obstruction Evaluation Technician 
• The candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), Part 77 notice criteria for construction or alteration of certain structures in the National Airspace System (NAS) as it relates to the function of the Obstruction Evaluation Groups responsibilities for processing 14 CFR Part 77 applications. 
• The candidate must demonstrate practical experience in the application of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), Part 77 notice criteria for construction or alteration of certain structures in the National Airspace System (NAS). 
• The candidate must demonstrate practical experience in the use of the iOEAAA system as it relates to the function of the Obstruction Evaluation Groups responsibilities for processing applications under 14 CFR Part 77.
