Who we’re looking for
- A senior practitioner with technical expertise recognised in the local market
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural
- Must be Chartered Professional Engineer and able to provide Producer Statements
- Proven experience in structural engineering design and project management, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Has strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
- Can work alongside existing leaders and in multidisciplinary teams and can effectively collaborate with and drive the performance of those around them.
- Has a proven track record in delivering projects from concept to completion.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach to structural engineering challenges.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for innovation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
