You’ll play a key role delivering building services projects across commercial, retail, civic and education sectors, while continuing to grow your technical capability and career.

What you’ll do
• Deliver mechanical engineering design and documentation across building services projects
• Lead small to medium projects and contribute as a key project engineer
• Work closely with clients and project teams to coordinate design outcomes
• Produce high-quality technical reports and written outputs
• Support and mentor graduate engineers
• Contribute to a collaborative, technically strong team environment
Must haves
• 4–7 years’ experience in mechanical engineering within building services (Australia or New Zealand)
• Strong communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement
• Washington Accord-recognised degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Solid understanding of the Australian building services environment (including NCC)
• A strong interest in technical excellence and ongoing development
Nice to haves
• Experience across commercial, retail, civic, education or similar sectors
• Experience leading small to medium projects
• Familiarity with heat load modelling software (e.g. Camel, IES or similar)
• Progression towards RPEQ or CPENG accreditation
