About You
- Over 5 years of professional engineering experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. This includes initial feasibilities, concept design, detailed design, construction, and project handover.
- Strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls, especially in high-rise commercial office systems
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including written reports
- A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is a plus.
