About You
In this role, you will be a key player in team leadership and project management, utilizing your expertise to lead the Electrical team in London. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience, gained in the Electrical sector, who has managed a variety of projects across the full systems development lifecycle, and taken responsibility for delivering projects.
- A strong focus on people management is crucial, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment within the office.
- This role requires balancing the development and execution of strategic growth plans of team and individuals in line with annual business planning targets and objectives.
- Established experience in relevant professional engineering experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects
- Experience working within the building services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards.
- Strong understanding of relevant Standards and Building Codes in your region.
