Summary:

Tetra Tech Inc. Is currently seeking a Mortgage Assistance  Deputy Program Operations Manager with experience on a funded program from the Treasury Department.  This homeowner assistance fund program helps homeowners when they have fallen out of financial stability because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The ideal candidate will.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager manage the overall operations of the statewide HAF operations.
  • Oversee all sub-contractors and their respective liaisons.
  • Oversee staff and facilitate training.
  • Interact with clients, consultants, staff members and strategic partners to efficiently and accurately perform HAF operations to include intake, eligibility review, auditing, decisioning, fund disbursement and call center operations.
  • Manage perception by demonstrating a high-level of integrity in all relationships and actions taken on and off duty.
  • Produce reports, documents, graphs and other management tools for tracking project process. 
  • Provide ongoing communication and project management tasks for both client and company use, utilizing a variety of technology to ensure both client satisfaction and project success.
  • Monitor site safety and maintain safety awareness to ensure safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large projects utilizing multiple consultants/staff in various locations; success being defined as projects that were completed on time and within budget, met all client and contractual requirements resulting in satisfied clients needed
  • The successful candidate should have experience with public speaking, past experience working with local, county and state government officials on disaster recovery, delivering presentations, and facilitating focus groups.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good mathematical skills.
  • Organized with a high-level of attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with industry-standard project management, word processing, and spreadsheet and database software preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience.
