Monitoring Specialist, MEPL

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, social sciences, economics, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in data collection, analysis, quality control, and technical reporting related to performance monitoring of donor-funded activities are required.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods is required.
• Experience with USAID programming approaches and relevant sectors where USAID works in Lebanon is strongly preferred.
• Experience with USAID MEL approaches and tools, particularly ADS 201 and USAID’s criteria for the quality of program performance data, is strongly preferred.
• Experience with mobile and web-based applications is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), SPSS or STATA, and qualitative analysis tools is required.
• Strong management and communication skills, especially written, are required.
• Fluency in professional English and Arabic is required.
