Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist for Forest PLUS 3.0
Qualifications:
*Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as natural resource management (NRM), rural development, international development, statistics, public policy, demographics, or other related discipline and 8 years of relevant work experience
*Minimum of 6 years’ relevant professional experience in an international or national development organization, preferably for a USAID contract.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization and program.
*Requires an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with various MEL approaches to data analytics, data visualization, and data use Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite.
*Highly organized individual able to pay close attention to detail.
*Self-driven, proactive, with ability to get work done with minimal day-to-day supervision.
*Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage several major activities simultaneously.
*Good understanding of the use of information technology in natural resources management sector
*Must be willing to travel across to the program states and other places as required.
*Proficiency in English and Hindi required.
