Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer- Indonesia
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, applied science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience and/or exposure in monitoring and evaluation / project development
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Microsoft Project software
Preferred, but Not Required Qualifications
- Indonesian national or current resident of Indonesia
- Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices.
- Problem solving skills; ability to find solutions with little oversight
- Organizational, time management and project management skills
- Command of Microsoft programs; ability to perform mail merges, create PowerPoints, create and manage Excel spreadsheets using complex data. Knowledge and ability in visual design software and production is a plus point.
- Competency managing video conferencing platforms (Zoom and Teams preferred)
- Ability to run the data management system for monitoring, evaluation and reporting purposes.
- Attention to detail and ability to know when to seek guidance and advice
- Professionalism, maturity and a strong work ethic
- Awareness of personal work styles in self and others
- Adaptability and flexibility in times of shifting priorities

- Office setting, domestic travel
