Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager, USAID/OTI Moldova Program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience required.
• Experience in evaluating programs, social projects, and/or public policies.
• Experience in research with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies such as statistics or econometrics, including developing research reports.
• Knowledge of and experience with developing and evaluating impact-oriented projects.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to travel to other project implementation locations and work harmoniously with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and FrontPage.
• Strong time management and activity organization skills.
• Strong communication skills as well as proactive problem-solving abilities independently and with teams, a strong service orientation, and inter-personal skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
