Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultant, YCLE Activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, economics, or other related fields required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum six years of experience in international development preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in applied data collection, such as research or MEL data collection, required.
- Minimum seven years of experience preferred.
- Experience with TPM strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with development programming in Yemen strongly preferred.
- Familiarity/experience with USAID preferred.
- Strong background in MEL processes and knowledge of MEL tools.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic required.
