Qualifications:

  • Eight years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and/or research of international development topics required. 
  • Experience with causal model development and different economic analysis and evaluation methodologies required. 
  • Experience with development of data collection methods and oversight of data collection required.
  • Experience with data management information systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with USAID policies, procedures and operational plan indicators required; general familiarity with USAID programming related to economic growth preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, analytic and project management skills required.
  • Master's degree in economics, international development, statistics or a related discipline required.
