Monitoring, Evaluation and Analysis Specialist, Technical Assistance Project for Economic Growth (TAP-EG), Washington, D.C.
Qualifications:
- Eight years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and/or research of international development topics required.
- Experience with causal model development and different economic analysis and evaluation methodologies required.
- Experience with development of data collection methods and oversight of data collection required.
- Experience with data management information systems preferred.
- Familiarity with USAID policies, procedures and operational plan indicators required; general familiarity with USAID programming related to economic growth preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication, analytic and project management skills required.
- Master's degree in economics, international development, statistics or a related discipline required.
