Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist -Kosovo
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in statistics, mathematics, economics, development studies, business, public administration and/or other related science field.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in the implementation of M&E frameworks for donor funded projects.
- Experience in data collection, data management, analysis and progress reporting.
- Strong qualitative and/or quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize and present complex data streams using MS Excel.
- Fluency in English and Albanian (reading, writing and presentation skills) with strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Strong cross cultural and communication skills.
Valued qualifications
- Prior experience in the energy sector
- Prior experience with gender in non-traditional sectors
- Prior experience in United States Government (USG) M&E standards and practices.
Physical demands
- Hybrid work arrangement with at least twice a week in person work at IESWA office.
- Occasional national travel within Kosovo.
