Monitoring Advisor, Bangladesh Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in development, evaluation, development analytics, economics, knowledge management, or a related field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively professional experience in monitoring and evaluation within international development contexts.
- Experience developing monitoring, evaluation and learning plans, preferably in the USAID context.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors preferred: economic growth, education, democracy & governance, or humanitarian assistance
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- The ability to work in complex situations or environments and serve as facilitator and mediator for diverse groups with varying skill levels.
- Fluency in English and Bengali required.
