Mining Engineer - Morgantown, WV

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil or Mining Engineering.     
• Minimum of 5 years field experience working in related projects.     
• Experience conducting laboratory materials testing and producing accurate concise laboratory reports.
• WVDOH LEVELIII or Greater TRET Certification Preferred.
• NICET Certifications Preferred.
• ACI concrete Technician Certification Preferred.
• Nuclear Gauge Safety CertificationU.S.DOT Hazmat Certification Class.
• OSHA 10-hour Safety Training or Greater.
• Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments.
• The employee will regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds; occasionally move 80 pounds or more (such as a loaded wheelbarrow of concrete or soil samples). Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities, as defined by the ADA.
• Ability to interpret project plans and specifications, write accurate and concise field reports, perform basic math, and be comfortable communicating with the public. 
• Computer skills including using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• A Pre-employment drug screen in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
