Mid-Level Energy Senior Associate - Latin America and the Caribbean
Essential KSAs required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, international relations, management, law, industrial engineering, or another related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the energy sector
- International experience and global perspective, including direct experience working in Latin American or Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries
- Must speak, read, and write in English and Spanish fluently
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills, experience applying rigorous analytical methods, and demonstrated intellectual agility and curiosity
- Proven ability to work within a multifunctional organization and be a team player
- High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges
- Must be able to produce accurate and complete documents in a timely manner
- Must have excellent listening skills and highly developed sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service
- Must be committed to and open to learning about gender equality and social inclusion as a key strategy for sustainability
- Must be able to travel (international field sites), as needed
Valued but not required KSAs:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, international relations, management, public policy, law, industrial engineering or another related field is preferred

- Remote work setting; post-COVID: office setting
- International and domestic travel between field sites is required as needed.
