Qualifications:
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
5-15 years of experience in the HVAC design systems for healthcare and other commercial facilities, have an organized approach to analyzing systems and a thorough understanding of MEP systems.
• Proficient with the use of Trace 700, AutoCAD and Revit software. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent technical skills, strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of code and healthcare compliance requirements and industry standards
• Project and client relationship management experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a highly collaborative team environment
• PE registration is highly preferred in New York, or EIT with the ability to obtain a P.E. in 1-2 years.  
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience. 
Pay Range: $100,000-$150,000
