- Ability to observe details during site visits, including mechanical systems, equipment installations, and construction activities.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing
Work Environment / Environmental Factors:
- Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and typical environmental conditions (e.g., climate-controlled space, moderate noise levels).
- Periodic work is performed at construction sites, industrial facilities, or municipal infrastructure locations. These environments may involve exposure to:
- Varying weather conditions
- Noise, dust, or mechanical equipment
- Uneven surfaces or confined spaces
- Active construction activity requiring use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Travel to project sites, client meetings, or other offices may be required.
- The role may require adherence to site-specific safety protocols and the use of PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, gloves, or protective footwear.
