 Qualifications:

•    7+ years of proposal or marketing coordination experience supporting the AEC industry including municipal, commercial, infrastructure, or environmental services pursuits (required).
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing/business/communications.
•    Proven ability to interpret and develop technical content for local-government and commercial procurement (required).
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat and InDesign; familiarity with proposal-management or CRM tools (preferred).
•    Working knowledge of municipal procurement processes, state grant programs, and local bond financing.
•    Strong editing skills—grammar, style, tone—with demonstrated ability to craft compelling win themes (required).
•    Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally (~15-20%) to client sites and conferences (required).
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred).
•    Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic-design tools (preferred).
•    Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%.

This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

•    Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
•    Ability to interpret business publications, technical documents, and local regulations.
•    Skill in preparing clear, concise reports, presentations, and correspondence for diverse audiences.

Other Skills: Instructions: 
•    Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; client-focused approach.
•    Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
•    Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic tools is desirable but not required.
