Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/is required to have:

• • 1-2 years administrative or marketing experience in a professional services firm.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to include complex formatting, templates, tables, and importing graphics. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, including managing forms. Basic expertise with PowerPoint. Experience with Smartsheet is highly desired.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must possess strong grammar and writing skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to provide critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must possess ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while meeting quality standards and on-time delivery.
