- U.S. Citizen, Third Country National, or Local National.
- A four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- At least eight (8) years demonstrated experience in maritime law enforcement.
- At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in a leadership role (i.e. supervising the planning, coordinating, and implementing of maritime efforts related to naval, coast guard, or other maritime entities, systems or resources applicable to waterways, coastal, and international waters).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with independently and with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated skill in oral and written communication in both Spanish and English. including writing reports, assessments, and general correspondence.
