Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* Minimum bachelor’s degree in international development, social sciences, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in MEL functions, including experience developing and implementing MEL systems, ideally for USAID or similar donor-funded projects.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis software, and experience in developing and refining MEL tools.
*Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff and partners in MEL processes and tools.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey MEL insights effectively.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
*Experience in Timor-Leste, South Asia, or similar regions is an advantage.
*Professional proficiency in written and spoken English required.
