Manager, Legal Affairs & Administrative Services

Qualifications:

·       Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution preferred; active bar membership not required. Please be advised this position does not confer fiduciary duty to Tetra Tech and is a non-conventional legal career track. Otherwise, Masters degree or higher required.

·       Preferred: 5-7 years of progressive transactional legal experience with a strong background in contract management, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, ideally in a multi-million-dollar contract environment preferred. Experience with management of complex contractual matters highly desired.

·       Strong Consideration: 6-8 years of progressive management, compliance, and/or operational problem solving experience with a strong background in leading project management and resolving disputes.  

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve complex issues.

·       High level of adaptability and creativity in addressing legal and operational challenges.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.         

·       Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
