  • Degree in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience (minimum 5 years Canadian experience) in roadway design and construction as a technician, project manager and senior project manager with a Professional Engineer or Licensed Engineer designation. Applicants with directly relevant experience with less than the noted years of experience may be considered
  • Experience on Saskatchewan Transportation and Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure projects would be considered a strong asset
  • Experience with the design and construction of roads in the Canadian Prairie Region would be an asset
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and ability to lead and manage by influence
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment is necessary
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Competence in contracting, project accounting and financial management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple job priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines.
  • Assertive with excellent people management skills and the ability to manage by influence.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Problem solver and holistic thinker with a planning orientation.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Ability to be comfortable with and adapt to continuous change.

  • Results-driven and career-focused individual, who thrives on the success and growth of the company and culture.
  • Additional specialized courses in business management, project management, conflict management, and negotiation will be an asset.
  • Must possess a valid driver license, with a favourable driver’s abstract
  • Availability to travel and work on project sites throughout Saskatchewan
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS)

All qualified candidates will be considered for the role and will be eligible for relocation allowance if selected (and are located outside of Saskatchewan).
