Logistics Travel Coordinator

·   Be detail oriented

·       Be organized and have good time management skills

·       Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·       Can communicate effectively at all levels verbal and written

·       Be comfortable with doing extensive research for travel solutions

·       Be able to work extensive hours sometimes on short notice, including weekends, to support emergency response operations.

·       Be able to follow protocol and suggest process improvements where appropriate

·       Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn

·       Have a problem solving mindset.

·       Be comfortable asking questions when something is unclear

The ideal candidate will preferably have:

·       Experience using Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets

·       Experience working or negotiating lease agreements

It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
