Local Partner Landscape Assessment Team Lead, AMELA, Remote
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in the relevant field or any area of international development is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience producing assessments for USAID, with significant expertise in Organizational Capacity Assessments (OCA) and organizational capacity building, is required.
- Experience with Non-U.S. Organization Pre-award Survey (NUPAS) is desirable.
- Experience working in Afghanistan is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering high-quality evaluation reports to USAID and other donors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English required.
