What kind of candidate are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lighting Project Manager with the following qualifications:
• BS/BA/BAE in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering or related field
• Architectural / Electrical Engineering / Lighting Design background
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Auto CAD and/or Revit skills
• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficient in AGI
• Excellent organizational, communication skills, motivated and shows professional initiative
• Takes ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team
• Knowledge of manufacturers, fixtures, specifications, industry standards and energy codes
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Coordinates with other disciplines
• Legal working status in the United States
Preferred
• Knowledge of 3-D modeling programs, i.e. Rhino, 3-D Studio Max, etc.
• Knowledge of daylight harvesting systems
• LEED Accreditation
Portfolio not to exceed 5 pages and/or 10MB.
Pay: $75,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate by skill level and experience.
